About Me
Hi, I’m Shannon. I have lived my entire life in the central PA area and I am proud to say I have been working with customers in the replacement window and door industry since 1993. I’m extremely grateful to be working with the Renewal by Andersen family for so many years. I pride myself on honest straight forward advice for my customers on their window and door needs. When I am not serving my customers I enjoy outdoor activities with my wife such as sailing, stand up paddle boarding, and volleyball just to name a few. My wife and I are big proponents of a healthy lifestyle and keeping ourselves active. Everything was perfect from the consultation to the installation. Shannon was extremely patient with me as we worked through a custom diamond grille design. The installation team also did a phenomenal job with removing 87 year old windows. They went the extra mile to keep my home clean inside and out.
